Cascade Employers Health Insurance Trust began in May of 1994
by a group of local Northwest businesses. It was their goal to combine
the purchasing power of many smaller employers in an effort to gain
the efficiencies and buying leverage of one large group. Total Benefit
Solutions is the managing General Agent for CEHIT. As MGA, TBS is
responsible for managing, servicing and sourcing vendor partners
for the trust.
